Gorilla articles in Nature’s Best Photography Magazine

Two of my articles have been published in the American magazines Nature’s Best Photography and Nature’s Best Photography for Kids. The articles are both about the mountain gorillas of Rwanda and are being featured in the Spring issues of the magazines.

Commended in Garden Photographer of the Year

My mosquito image was commended in this year’s Garden Photographer of the Year competition, sponsored by Kew Gardens and the AA. The photograph is featured in the competition’s portfolio book.

Three images in the PhotoPlus magazine

Three of my photographs will be featured in the fourth issue (January) of the PhotoPlus magazine for Canon photographers. Two of the images (Jenny Lake and a Walrus) will be showcased in the ‘Inspirations’ section of the magazine. The third photograph of a robin in flight will be included in an article on how to photograph back garden birds.

Portfolio Prize Winner in RSPCA Competition!

On 14th December, at an awards ceremony in the Natural History Museum, I was awarded the Olympus Portfolio Prize in the RSPCA Young photographer competition. My entry consisted of five bird images and I also won two highly commended titles with my photographs of two lion cubs and a chicken.
